Meet the Founder

Vexara was founded by Sahil Asthana to solve a problem he saw firsthand for over a decade.

After advising tech-driven companies and building ventures himself, Sahil repeatedly watched the same disconnect: legal advice that was technically sound but completely out of sync with how modern technology businesses actually operate. Outdated delivery models slowed founders down instead of accelerating them.
